Discussion of issues as follows:
- We need to get some new star awards so that people don’t end up with two of the same if they got one last year
- We’d like to get views from the rest of the pupils on ideas for playground games and activities whilst the new school is built – we will lose most of our playground while work is going on
- We need to decide on 25 & 30 star awards
- Donald took group outside to investigate playground size and restrictions during work – group concerned that there is not going to be enough space for the number of pupils. Discussed possible ways of some people playing inside. Donald asked for suggestions. Agreed to ask rest of school. Suggestions about getting interesting activities put in place – e.g. assault course. Donald had seen good playground activities at the Gaelic school in Edinburgh
